Next, close your eyes and take a deep breath, visualize the places in your work or home area that have clutter. Select one place where you have piles or clutter and commit to spending 30-60min organizing this area.

As you move through the piles or other items there will be 3 choices that guide your decision making.

  1. Not needed…so throw it away
  2. Needed…so create a space for it or file it in existing space
  3. Requires follow up….which means NOW, so dedicate the current moment to complete the task.
